Forms are supported in MS Word format.Doc

  • Right click mouse on FORM link /font>

  • Save Target As...

  • Save the FORM file to any directory you want.

  • To open, just go to that directory and double click on FORM file.

  • Print opened file

If you have difficulty downloading the documents, please contact the Centre Exams Manager and we will send you the Entry Forms directly.

 
School Entries.
School entry form 1 for FCE, CAE,  CPE
School entry form 2 for KET, PET, BEC

Schools should fill in the block Entry Form. Two forms cover the range of examinations offered.

  1. Print the form. -->  FORM 1,   FORM 2 If your Browser supports MS Word format simply click on the link and print opened document.   If Not - Read instruction on the left to print this form.

  2. Complete the form as indicated and note the following:

  3. Tick one box for the examination

  4. Complete the candidate name as you would like it to appear on the certificate. International characters are acceptable. Leave Candidate No. for office use.

  5. Check examination fees by clicking 'Timetable'.

  6. Make cheque payable to 'Cambridge ESOL Examinations'.

  7. Post form with cheque to Auckland Examination Centre. It is not our practice to send an invoice.

Individual Entries
